Engineering composite geomembrane generally uses two types

Engineering composite geomembranes generally use two types: two cloths and one membrane and one cloth and one membrane. In order to facilitate detection, enhance anti-aging performance, and facilitate construction, the width of the composite geomembrane is 4m; for ease of handling, the length of each roll should not exceed 30m. The finished composite geomembrane must have neat edges and a 10 cm wide main membrane connection. 1. Construction procedures of composite geomembrane anti-seepage system. After the gravel embankment is filled to the design elevation, the construction of the side slope anti-seepage system is carried out. The construction procedure is as follows: the gravel embankment faces the water slope → laying 15cm thick gravel cushion → rolling the slope → excavating anchor groove → laying composite geomembrane →Backfill anchoring grooves→pouring sand-free concrete→slope protection with precast concrete blocks. 2. The whole slope construction of the gravel embankment facing the water slope. After the gravel embankment is filled to the design elevation, the slope is cut by measuring the backhoe, and the flatness is controlled to be no more than 15cm.

After the backhoe cuts the slope, manually remove the rocks on the slope with a protrusion exceeding 15 cm, and remove the height to compensate for the height. 3. Construction of gravel cushion. As the foundation for laying the composite geomembrane, the gravel cushion must be flat and free of sharp stones to ensure that the composite geomembrane is intact during laying and use. Crushed stones and gravel should be laid after the gravel embankment is qualified. Sand and gravel are transported to the top of the embankment by dump trucks and unloaded directly onto the slope. Each section is unloaded once according to the designed quantity. Considering the settlement of the slope during the rolling process, the laying thickness of the gravel cushion is recommended to be 25cm. Pile driving is performed every 5m, and the slope is artificially trimmed. After the visual inspection is qualified, the slope is rolled. After the rolling is qualified, the slope is adjusted manually. The unevenness is controlled by 5cm according to the designed slope line to make up the low. Check on gravel slopes (composite embankments include the water surface of the old embankment slopes).

After the acceptance is qualified, the next step is to excavate the anchor trench and lay the composite geomembrane construction. 4. Slope rolling construction. Slope rolling machinery uses side slope vibration rolling, traction equipment uses bulldozers, and ground anchors, and steering use backhoes. Slope rolling adopts the staggered method. Gravel and gravel should be rolled onto the slope after passing the visual inspection. After vibrating 4 times, repair the grid manually. Finally, static pressure should be performed again to ensure that the surface of the gravel cushion is smooth and no sharp stones protrude. 4 slopes rolling construction personnel: 1 bulldozer driver, 1 backhoe driver, 1 slope rolling controller, and 1 commander.
