Levels of Fiberglass Geogrid

1. Pavement surface
a. For newly-built asphalt concrete pavement, the glass fiber grid can be placed between the semi-rigid base layer and the lower seal layer, or between the lower seal layer and the asphalt surface.
b. For newly constructed cement concrete road pavement, the wholesale biaxial geogrid shall be placed between the semi-rigid base course and the rigid cement concrete seal.
c. For the maintenance of old asphalt pavement, oil injection method, anchor method and self-adhesion method can be used to lay glass fiber grid on the original road surface. It is also possible to make a 20mm-30mm fine-grained asphalt concrete leveling layer on the original road surface, and then lay a glass fiber grid, and then add an asphalt concrete surface layer, the thickness should be 60-100mm.
d. For the maintenance of old cement pavement, self-adhesive method and fuel injection method can be used to lay glass fiber grid on the original road surface, or 20mm-30mm fine-grained asphalt concrete leveling layer can be used on the original road surface, and then the fiberglass grid can be laid , And then add asphalt concrete surface layer, the thickness should be 60-100mm.
e. Anchorage method and self-adhesive method can be used for new pavement surface construction.

2. Base layer
The fiberglass grid is used as the foundation layer, and the laying position should be placed on the bottom of the foundation layer.

3. Subgrade Roadbed
a. The glass fiber grid must be placed in the lower 1/3 of the base layer.
b. It can also be placed at the bottom of the subgrade of the lower layer, and at least 20mm thick sand cushion or geotextile should be placed under the glass fiber grid.
c. Use anchoring method. (Glass fiber biaxial geogrid factory price subgrade)

4. Requirements for reinforced roads
Fiberglass geogrid reinforced concrete pavement. Its pavement should meet the following requirements:
a. Longitudinal flatness, slope and ride comfort of the transverse road arch should meet the design standards. If it fails to meet the standards, it should be dealt with before paving.
b. Before carrying out paving, level the bearing capacity of the pavement. If the bearing capacity is insufficient, the standard cannot be reached, or the bottom of the cement concrete pavement is vacated, it should be strengthened. Meetings and cracks on cement concrete pavements should be cleaned and filled in advance.
c. The original pavement and the surface of the base layer have local loose, anti-cavity and diffusion cracks, which should be repaired and filled in advance to keep the surface intact.
d. The original pavement surface should be washed clean to remove dust. Loose particles and debris.
