2. Suture Welding of Composite Geomembrane

Before the welding construction is carried out, it is necessary for construction technicians to test the welding technology, so as to determine the temperature and speed control of the welding machine on the construction day and adjust it properly according to the actual construction situation. When the temperature is in the range of 5,135 degrees Celsius, it is appropriate to carry out welding work. If the temperature is not within this range on the day of construction, it is necessary for construction technicians to finish their work and find effective steps for improvement. Before welding construction, it is necessary to clean up the impurities on the welded surface, ensure the cleanliness of the welded surface, and punish the existence of water and gas in the welded surface by blowing dryer, so that the welded surface can be maintained dry. During the connection process of multiple aquaculture geomembrane, the joint cracks must be staggered for more than 100 centimeters, and the welded joints must be T-shaped, so the welded joints cannot be set as cross-shaped. After the completion of welding construction, it is necessary to carry out quality inspection and connection to avoid defects such as welding leakage and folding. During the process of welding construction and within two hours after welding, the welding surface cannot be subjected to any tension stress to avoid damage to the welding position. If serious welding problems such as void and bulge are found in welding quality inspection, it is necessary for welding staff to cut off the welding position and punish the joint position after new welding. In the case of welding leak, it is necessary for welding staff to use special welding torches for repair and treatment punishment. Welding technicians must carry out the welding work strictly according to the design request welding specifications when welding geomembrane. They should ensure the relevant standards of welding quality satisfaction and fully show the impervious and windward features of composite geomembrane.

3. Geotextile Stitching

The upper geotextiles and the middle geomembrane are overlapped on both sides, and the bottom geotextiles are laid, lapped, aligned and sewed up. The hand-held sewing machine is adapted for geotextile sewing. The sewing distance should be controlled at 6 mm. The connection surface is moderately tight, natural and smooth. Geomembrane and geotextile are jointly stressed. The sewing measures of the upper geotextile are the same as those of the lower geotextile.
