In order to facilitate the construction and ensure the quality of the splicing, the composite geomembrane generally adopts a wide width to reduce the amount of splicing on-site.
Before construction, according to the needs of the width of the material and the length of the site, the appropriate length should be cut in the factory, and spliced into blocks that meet the required size and rolled into rolls. A composite layer of about 10 cm is reserved on both sides so that the main properties of geomembrane is connected laterally. When the weld is sheared, the damaged area mainly occurs in the weak area of the weld area and the connection, so it should be paid enough attention to the construction of the weld.
